NOTE: This deworming chart was originally provided to keep track of a dewormer rotation, which was recommended practice at one time. However, current recommended parasite control practices are much different, using simple, inexpensive tests to determine what parasites each horse is carrying and treating them accordingly. This is more effective and is believed to be less likely to contribute to parasite resistance of deworming chemicals than the old rotation method. So, consider the chart here a historical relic, and click here to read more about the new equine deworming rules.
